Welcome to Our New Assistant Professor of Contemporary French Studies, Dr. Ania Wroblewski

Congratulations to Dr. Ania Wroblewski (Ph.D. Université de Montréal) who has just accepted the position of assistant professor of Contemporary French Studies in our department.  Dr. Wroblewski is a specialist in contemporary French literature, art, and visual culture and comes to us after a postdoctoral fellowship at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and an affiliation with the Department of Art History and Figura, a research center focusing on text-image relations.  She is the author of a number of articles and book chapters and her first monograph, La vie des autres: Sophie Calle et Annie Ernaux, artistes hors-la-loi, was published by Les Presses de l’Université de Montréal in 2016.
