As a legal advocate, I rely on the storytelling and writing skills I acquired at the University of Arizona for my work virtually every day. Understanding legal concepts is unequivocally important, but one of the skills that sets me apart in the practice of employment and labor law is the ability to write effectively about legal concepts that apply to the workplace and to find the human elements that enable others, especially non-lawyers, to better grasp and integrate these legal concepts in their daily lives.
