Courtney Kemp

After graduating in May 2013 with a French and International Studies degree, I moved to Strasbourg, France for an academic year in order to teach English at collège and lycée levels. I was employed through the TAPIF, or Teaching Assistant Program in France, program. I had lived abroad before, but never on a professional level, and the challenges and rewards of the TAPIF experience were unparalleled. I am currently planning to pursue a master’s degree in Public Policy, hoping eventually to influence international development through an NGO or International Organization.
