Deborah Dale, CFRE, is a founding partner of Smith &Dale, LLC, a consulting firm working with nonprofits to increase revenues and improve organizational operations, and with corporations to create or enhance their philanthropic endeavors. Prior to forming Smith & Dale, Deb served as Executive Director of Arizona List, a statewide SuperPAC, Chief Development Officer for The Primavera Foundation, Corporate and Major Gifts Officer for the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault, and was a founding Partner of Décor Solutions, LLC. She has earned her CFRE credential (Certified Fund Raising Executive) and was named the Southern Arizona Fundraising Executive of the Year. She has been honored by the University of Arizona’s Eller College as one of their ‘Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things’ and was named one of Tucson’s ’40 Under 40’ Business Leaders. Deb has served on numerous committees and boards of directors over the years, and currently sits on the board of the Women’s Foundation for Southern Arizona. She is a native Tucsonan, graduate from Catalina High School and the University of Arizona, and a former All-American water polo player. After having lived in other parts of the U.S. and world, she returned in 1994 to make Tucson her permanent home.
