The Italian Honors Society Gamma Kappa Alpha will be sponsoring a reading of "The Marrow of Evil" by Emilio Zucchi on Friday, 2 November 2012 from 5:00-7:00pm in the Copper Room of the Student Union.
"The Marrow of Evil" by Emilio Zucchi depicts the sacrifice of women and men of the Italian resistance tortured and killed by the Fascists during World War II.
The translation is the result of the fruitful collaboration between an undergraduate (and GKA member) and a faculty member in Italian. It will be translated in an upcoming anthology of Italian poetry by the University of Toronto Press.
