My MA from the University of Arizona in Francophone literature was the catalyst for my job at the University of Arkansas but also for spurring me towards ethnohistoric research as it relates to French Colonial Mississippi History. It's now my passion and it all started with the reinforcement of my French skills through my MA program as well as my interests in learning about other cultures.
