Maya and Chris met in the University of Arizona's French program and are now engaged! Chris spent the 2010/2011 school year as an English language assistant in Vendôme through the TAPIF program, and we are now living back in Tucson. Chris is tutoring at the SALT Center and doing freelance translation from French to English, and both of us work in a residential setting with individuals with developmental disabilities. We also volunteer periodically with the Alliance Française of Tucson. In the fall of 2012, Chris will be starting the Master’s program in French at the U of A. (March 2012)
