Francis Abugbilla is a second year graduate student in the master’s program in French at the University of Arizona. He will be specializing in Francophone Studies. He was educated at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Education Honors Degree (French and English). He had his Year Abroad in Lomé, Togo and also studied Comparative Human Rights at CAVILAM in Vichy, France.
His research interests include but not limited to French Cultural & Literary History: Renaissance to Contemporary France; Diplomacy and Globalization of La Francophonie; French and Francophone Cultures & Civilizations; International Relations and Foreign Policy. He would like to pursue a terminal degree in a related field after his masters.
